Sidney Kimmel Entertainment and Film 44 have acquired “Comancheria”, a feature spec script by former “Sons of Anarchy” actor Taylor Sheridan says Deadline.
The story follows two brothers, one an ex-con and the other a divorced father of two kids, who face the foreclosure of their family’s West Texas farm. They team for a skillfully-calculated bank robbing spree that puts them on a collision course with two Texas Rangers determined to take them down.
Peter Berg is eyeing the film as a potential directing vehicle, when it would fit into his schedule however is unsure.
