Nicolas Cage is attached to the star in yet another revenge thriller, this one entitled “I Am Wrath” at Lionsgate and Emmett/Furla Films reports Deadline.
Following the unsolved murder of his wife, a man named Stanley learns justice has been thwarted by police corruption and so sets out on his own to find justice. He becomes a vigilante, seeking to destroy those who abuse their power.
Filmmaker William Friedkin is apparently interested, but not yet committed to the project. Paul Sloan penned the script while Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson is producing. Shooting aims to kick off in February.
