Steve Carell is attached to the comedy “Magic Kingdom for Sale – SOLD!” based on the book by fantasy author Terry Brooks.

The Promised Land
Rosemarie DeWitt (“Neighborhood Watch”) will play the female lead in Gus Van Sant’s “Promised Land” for Focus Features and Participant Media.

Colm Meaney (TV’s “Hell on Wheels”) has joined the cast of indie thriller “The Occult” at LD Entertainment. Rufus Sewell and Anne Heche star in the project about the strange goings-on within a religious cult.

When young girls start to go missing, older followers in the cult fear a long-told prophecy while younger members suspect abusive elders are killing them off. Meaney will shoot the film before to returning to Wheels. [Source: Heat Vision]

The Foam of Days
Charlotte Le Bon has replaced Lea Seydoux in Michel Gondry’s “The Foam Of Days” which begins filming on April 16th.
