Dave Franco has joined the cast of Louis Leterrier’s “Now You See Me” at Summit Entertainment. The story follows a team of FBI agents that track a group of illusionists pulling off daring bank heists during their performances.
Franco plays one of the illusionists. Mark Ruffalo, Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Morgan Freeman and Isla Fisher also star. [Source: Deadline]

Make-up effects legend Tom Savini has joined the cast of Quentin Tarantino’s “Django Unchained”.
Savini will play Ellis Brittle, one of three slave-owning outlaws responsible for the rape and branding of Django’s wife, Broomhilda. [Source: The Coventary Telegraph]
The Hobbit
Damien Echols of the West Memphis Three is reportedly being offered a small role in Peter Jackson’s “The Hobbit”.
Jackson has been a public supporter of the trio of convicted men whom are now free on a suspended sentence after forensic evidence has strengthened their assertion they were innocent of the murder of three Boy Scouts back in 1993. [Source: Showbiz 411]
