Casting: Ritchson, Wilson, Franco, O’Dowd

Ninja Turtles
Model and actor Alan Ritchson (“Smallville,” “Fired Up,” “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire”) has been cast as Raphael in Jonathan Liebesman’s upcoming live-action/CGI combo reboot “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” at Paramount and Platinum Dunes.

The role is a motion capture performance (ala “Avatar,” “Tintin”). Megan Fox is already onboard as April O’Neil. [Source: Deadline]

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay
Rebel Wilson (“Bridesmaids,” “Pitch Perfect”) let slip that she had a meeting about being in “The Hunger Games.” She goes onto day she will be playing one of the people in the Capitol.

Townies
Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse have joined the cast of the comedy “Townies” alongside Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, and Rose Byrne.

St. Vincent De Van Nuys
Chris O’Dowd is in early talks to join the cast of Ted Melfi’s “St. Vincent De Van Nuys”.
