“Super Troopers” director and Broken Lizard funny man Jay Chandrasekhar has come onboard to rewrite and direct the “Yogi Bear” sequel at Warner Bros. Pictures says Deadline.
Eric Brevig helmed the 2010 first feature, based on the classic Hanna-Barbera cartoon series, which grossed just over $ 200 million worldwide. No word on what the story details of this sequel will be.
Donald Deline and Karen Rosenfelt will produce.
