Costner Drops Out Of Tarantino’s “Django”

Kevin Costner has reportedly dropped out of Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming western “Django Unchained” reports Variety.

Costner would have played Ace Woody, a henchman of the evil plantation owner Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio) who is responsible for training male slaves to fight to the death and female slaves in the ways of prostitution. Costner’s departure is said to be due to that old standby – “scheduling conflicts”.

Jamie Foxx stars as a freed American slave who teams with a German bounty hunter to save his wife from Candie. Samuel L. Jackson is also confirmed to be starring.
