Natural history broadcaster David Attenborough and Icelandic musician Bjork are teaming up for Pulse’s one-off documentary entitled “Attenborough and Bjork: The Nature of Music” which will be distributed through UK Channel 4 says THR.
Attenborough and Bjork are teaming “to tell the story of how and why music has evolved”, and “mankind’s unique relationship with music and how technology might transform the way we engage with it in the future”.
Attenborough shows how music exists in the natural world with footage of the lyre bird, reed warbler and blue whales. Bjork’s cutting edge and interactive musical experience project Biophilia is also a key part of the project.
