Johnny Depp is in negotiations to star in Oscar-winning “The Dark Knight” and “Inception” cinematographer Wally Pfister’s directorial debut “Transcendence” at Alcon Entertainment says Deadline.
Jack Paglen penned the script but story details are being kept under wraps. Production is currently aiming to begin early next year.
Marisa Polvino, Kate Cohen, Annie Marter, David Valdes, Broderick Johnson and Andrew Kosove will produce. Christopher Nolan and Emma Thomas are also onboard as executive producers.
