20th Century Fox is moving ahead with “The Grey” and “Smokin’ Aces” director Joe Carnahan’s passion project “Continue” reports Twitchfilm.
Described as an action take on “Groundhog Day”, the story follows a former soldier forced to re-live the same day over and over while on the run from assassins trying to kill him for reasons unknown.
No start date is scheduled as yet, though the filmmaker hopes to get Frank Grillo on board to star. Carnahan remains attached to write and direct a reboot of Charles Bronson classic “Death Wish”.
