Nolan Fans reports that according to the WB Exhibitor site, the third trailer for “The Dark Knight Rises” will be attached to copies of “Marvel’s The Avengers” on May 4th in the United States.
A new trailer has been expected with “The Avengers” and/or Warners own “Dark Shadows” looking to be the likely titles to have it, now we know. Internationally though, where “The Avengers” rolls out next week, ‘Shadows’ will likely remain the best bet for a first glimpse on the big screen.
Both the previous trailers for ‘Rises’ played in cinemas for several days before they went officially online, leading many to get their first glimpse of footage through poor quality Youtube pirated camcorder copies. I’m guessing the same situation will likely happen here.
