Young Australian actor Kodi Smit-McPhee (“Let Me In,” “The Road”) has scored a leading role in “Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes” at 20th Century Fox.
Matt Reeves (“Let Me In,” “Cloverfield”) helms this follow-up to the franchise reboot “Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes”.
Set 15 years on, the story is rumored to focus on human scientists struggling to survive alone in San Francisco. Jason Clarke was recently cast in the project, which is currently targeting a May 23rd 2014 release.
