“Mockingbird Lane” Could Go To Series

With a date set, NBC has begun the promo push for the “Munsters” aborted reboot pilot turned Halloween special “Mockingbird Lane”. Along with some new photos they’ve also released the first 30-second commercial which you can watch below.

Producer Bryan Fuller also tells Dread Central that all hope is not lost on the project becoming a series.

Should enough viewers tune in, the possibility still exists and NBC could move quickly. Those involved have charted out a six-episode arc and have outlines for three episodes at present.

Fuller’s commitments to his “Hannibal” series end mid-February and, if ‘Mockingbird’ gets the go ahead, he would jump onto it immediately after to prepare a first season shoot in July ahead of a Fall 2013 premiere.
