Boss Media has picked up Christian Cantamessa and Chris Pasetto’s post-apocalyptic sci-fi spec script “Wake Cycle” says Variety.
Set in an underground hyperbaric facility for the world’s greatest scientists, the title refers to the available air every six months that allows two custodial workers to maintain the facility.
However when one of their sleep tanks is damaged, they engage in a life-and-death struggle.
Cantamessa, who served as lead designer and co-writer of various Rockstar video games like “Red Dead Redemption” and “Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas”, will direct.
