Scott Speedman, Bill Pullman and Ali Larter are attached to star in a film version of Barry Malzberg’s controversial award-winning sci-fi novel “Beyond Apollo” reports Variety.
The story deals with the first two-man mission to Venus being aborted mid-flight and abruptly returning back to Earth.
When rescue crews retrieve the space capsule, they discover The Captain is missing and the lone surviving astronaut has no clue as to what took place.
Michael Grodner penned the script and will direct. Aaron Ockman will produce and shooting begins this Fall.
