Billy Bob Thornton and Forest Whitaker appear to have joined the cast of Scott Cooper’s revenge drama “Out Of The Furnace” at Relativity Media reports Deadline.
Brad Ingelsby’s script has Christian Bale playing Slim, a recently released con who just wants to live quietly and marry his long-time girlfriend (Zoe Saldana). When his brother (Casey Affleck) is murdered and he swears to track down and punish those responsible.
Whitaker would play a sleazy bookie involved in the death, Thornton would play the main villain. Ridley and Tony Scott and Leonardo DiCaprio are producing.
