TV News: Dwarf, Fringe, Wolf, Chicken

Red Dwarf
UK cable channel Dave have released the first official image from the upcoming tenth series of sci-fi comedy “Red Dwarf”. The new episodes will air on the channel later this year and will be released on DVD and digital download in time for Christmas. [Source: Cult Box]

Fringe
It’s official, Fox have renewed the cult drama for a fifth and final season, giving the go-ahead on thirteen more episodes which will bring the show’s total to 100 episodes – a key threshold required for syndication.

The thirteen episodes also allows the series time to provide a proper climactic conclusion. There’s no word as yet as to the airing times for the thirteen episodes. [Source: The Live Feed]

Teen Wolf
The second season of MTV’s “Teen Wolf” series kicks off with a special premiere on Sunday June 3rd before settling into its regular Monday timeslot from the day after (June 4th). [Source: Seattle P.I.]

Robot Chicken
Seth Green and Matt Senreich’s “Robot Chicken” are giving DC Comics the stop-motion sketch comedy treatment with the likes of Paul Reubens, Neil Patrick Harris, Alfred Molina, Breckin Meyer, Megan Fox and Nathan Fillion all providing voices for the special which will make fun of the various DC Comics characters like Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and The Flash.
