TV News: Midnight, Renewals, Pains, Liz

Midnight, Mass.
Warners is developing a TV series for NBC based on the graphic novel series “Midnight, Mass.”. Evan Daugherty and Bill Gerber will produce.

The story follows a sophisticated, sexy, globe-trotting husband and wife paranormal investigator team – based in Massachusetts – that takes on supernatural foes, macabre mysteries and marriage. [Source: Deadline]

Renewals
Lifetime’s “Army Wives” has been renewed for a 13-episode seventh season to air next year. The most recent season pulled in an average of 3.2 million viewers per episode.

Daniel Tosh’s Comedy Central series “Tosh.0” has already been renewed the show for a 30-episode fifth season despite the back end of the fourth season not kicking off until next week. [Source: Deadline]

Royal Pains
They did it for “Burn Notice”, now USA Network is planning a two-hour telemovie entitled “Off-Season Greetings” for its Hamptons-set medical drama. A mid-December air date is being targeted.

The story will take place several months after the summer finale and will deal with the upcoming nuptials between Evan (Paulo Costanzo) and Paige (Brooke D’Orsay). Jill Flint and Emma Caulfield will guest star. [Source: The Live Feed

Liz and Dick
Lifetime have revealed a new promo trailer for their upcoming and much talked about telemovie “Liza and Dick” starring Lindsay Lohan and Grant Bowler.
