A Young Doctor’s Notebook
The first photos are out of Jon Hamm and Daniel Radcliffe in the mini-series “A Young Doctor’s Notebook” based on Russian writer Mikhail Bulgakov’s short stories.

Hamm portrays a post-WWI doctor, who has a series of bleakly comic exchanges with his younger self (Radcliffe). [Source: Ace Showbiz]

Hell on Wheels
The third season renewal of AMC’s transcontinental railroad drama “Hell on Wheels” has been put on hold as show runner John Shiban has suddenly exited the series.

AMC has put a hold on the renewal order until a suitable replacement can be found that the network approves of. [Source: Deadline]

Wilfred
FX has picked up its acclaimed comedy series “Wilfred” for a third-season order of 13 episodes. Shooting kicks off in the Spring for a premiere in June next year.

Executive producer David Zuckerman is stepping down as show runner but staying on as E.P., while writers/producers Reed Agnew and Eli Jorné will take over those duties for the third season. [Source: EW]

Star Wars: The Clone Wars
With Disney’s purchase of Lucasfilm this week, it’s now expected that the CG animated “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” series will likely be making a move from The Cartoon Network to Disney’s XD network.

Time Warner has the license for the series only through the end of the current fifth season. When that season ends is when a decision on continuing the show will be made. [Source: THR]
