Warner Bros. Pictures has emerged as the frontrunner to acquire domestic distribution rights to Steven Soderbergh’s male stripper flick “Magic Mike” reports Deadline.
The coming of age drama follows a young exotic dancer (Alex Pettyfer) who is schooled by a veteran of the trade (Channing Tatum). Shooting on the film wraps this week with a studio deal potentially in place by next week.
Matthew McConaughey, Matt Bomer and Joe Manganiello also star in the film with many wondering how explicit this could be.
