Summary:
Its no walk in the park its 48 sky-scraping storeys up one of the citys tallest staircases! You can ascend at your own pace, or race to set a record your choice. Each year hundreds of participants join local firefighters (in full fire-fighting gear) to put their legs and lungs to the test. So kick your new years fitness resolutions into high gear and come out for the 11th annual BC Lung Association Stairclimb for Clean Air! All proceeds support vital lung health research, education and advocacy.
