At Vancouver’s only independent Documentary Film School, the Pull Focus team wholeheartedly believes that documentary films can lead to social change.
For our contribution to Culture Days, we would like to invite anyone who in interested in checking out the changing face of documentary filmmaking and storytelling to join us in our studios.
They’ll watch some of our favourite student films that comment on our community and social change. Then our award winning staff will provide insights into the changing face of documentary film. Learn how a simple story concept can evolve into a documentary film.
Our visitors will get a behind-the-documentary perspective of how a good documentary film is actually capable of changing attitudes, opening dialogue and contributing to social change.
