The new $ 30 million renovation to the Dining Terrace at Richmond Centre will officially launch on November 1, 2012. A Chinese lion dance of prosperity will help kick off the festivities at 11 a.m. and the Dining Terrace will open at 12 p.m. There will be prizes, and lots of fun for all.
