Startup Weekend – March 22-24th

entrepreneurship@UBC is planning a Startup Weekend event for the weekend of March 22-24th. The event is essentially a 54 hour frenzy of business model creation, coding, designing, and market validation. Throughout the weekend students will be able to interact with local entrepreneurs who will help guide them through the process. The weekend culminates with presentations in front of local entrepreneurial leaders.

We are hoping to encourage participants to help improve Vancouver by encouraging them to come up with ideas to help solve some of Vancouver’s biggest problems.
