2008 murder case solved in Salmon Arm

Arrests have been made in the murder of a young Salmon Arm man four years ago.

Tyler Myers was 22 when he was shot outside an elementary school  on November 21st, 2008.
  
His accused killers –a now-20 year old man and a 21 year old woman– were arrested yesterday in Salmon Arm and Vernon.
 
Police have confirmed they knew the victim and the shooting was targetted. 

They’ve been charged with first degree murder, but their names can’t be released because they were teenagers at the time of the killing.
