Oregon State Police have released the name of the 8th person killed in last Sunday’s tour bus crash near Pendleton.
Officials say 55-year old Seokmin Moon of Maple Ridge died in the wreck and his 53-year old wife, Choonja, remains in hospital.
The name of the 9th victim is being witheld because some family members have not been notified.
