A peek into the portfolios of our MLA’s

We are now getting a peek at the assets and liabilities of all 85 BC MLA’s including Premier Christy Clark.

Clark holds property in Vancouver and on Galiano Island, the latter an inheritance.

Clark also has other assets such as RRSP’s, investments, and a pension on top of her salary as MLA, Premier, and leader of the Liberal party.

Clark also has a line of credit under liabilities.

Opposition leader Adrian Dix also claims an MLA salary and SFU contract income from his wife.

Dix also owns property in Vancouver and New Westminster and he has a mortgage on the latter.

He too has RRSP and investments along with bonds and a pension.

The exact salaries are not included in the disclosure paperwork filed with the legislative clerk.
