A plane carrying close to 300 people had to make an emergency landing at the Vancouver airport last night. The Air Transat Airbus bound for London had 296 people on board.
Airport staff have confirmed flight 242 landed safely, but they haven’t been able to explain why the plane was forced to return to YVR.
