The annual Terry Fox Run takes place Sunday across the country.
It’s been 32 years since Fox inspired a nation with his attempted run across Canada to raise cash and awareness for cancer research.
Terry’s older brother Fred says the run is inclusive, and no donation is too small.
“As Terry would say, as he said during the Marathon of Hope, we’ll all be touched by cancer in one way or another. A family member, maybe a friend, or somebody that we know.”
Plenty of runs across the Lower Mainland with start times ranging from 8 to 11.
They include runs at Stanley Park, Ambleside Park, Hammond Community Centre, Bear Creek Park and Hyde Creek Community Centre.
