A BC Supreme Court Judge is set to reveal his decision today on whether to convict Jarrod Bacon and his associate of conspiracy to traffic cocaine.
Bacon is set to appear via video-link at the decision, following the trial for him and co-accused Wayne Scott that wrapped up three weeks ago.
Crown had argued Bacon and Scott had made a deal to obtain 10 kilos of cocaine from a drug dealer and re-distribute it.
While defence lawyers claimed Bacon had planned to steal the drugs, not buy them, thereby ruining the Crown’s case.
Bacon and Scott were arrested in 2009 after an undercover police investigation.
