Three meetings later, and still no hope in sight.
That from BCTF President Susan Lambert, after meeting with Trevor Hughes, the assistant deputy minister, appointed as a fact-finder in the on-going teachers dispute.
Lambert:
“…..he is simply there to describe the situation. He is not an adjudicator/mediator/facilitator…he is simply there to describe the process”.
The union is once again renewing its call for an indepedent mediator to be brought in.
