The tassles will be twirling and balloons popping at the Rio and Vogue Theatres this week.
Organizer and performer Roxette Star says burlesque is all about “the art of tease…”
And both men and women of all ages come to check it out.
“Lots of stagettes comes to burlesque shows, people who are celebrating their 10th wedding anniversaries.”
The erotic singing, dancing, and music-playing, with lots of joke-telling, runs from May 3rd to 5th.
