The crown says a stay of proceeding has been entered against a man charged with sexually assaulting a teenage girl at a rave party in Pitt Meadows.
This comes five days before the trial was to begin.
Crown spokesman Neil MacKenzie says Colton Ashton McMorris had one count of sexual assault stayed this morning.
