Premier Christy Clark says probably.
The Premier says BC got a “big pot of money” from Ottawa to bring in the HST. It’s already gone to pay down part of a deficit and to fund healthcare and education.
Clark says it will be a “big job” to pay it back and deal with the lost revenue. …
