A man who killed a mother and daughter in Tsawwassen two decades ago will get another parole hearing next month.
Derik Lord is appealing the Parole Board’s May decision to deny him full parole or day passes. He gets a second hearing because the Appeal Division ruled the convicted killer’s right to be provided with a police report presented at the May hearing was not respected.
