Crime scene tape is up at 176 Street and 64 Avenue as Surrey RCMP investigate a double stabbing.
It happened around 1:00 a.m. after a fight involving two groups of men in their 20s.
Staff Sgt. Bob Pinkewycz says one of the victims was knifed several times in the back, torso and face.
The other suffered a slash or stab wound to the back of his head.
“It was a little unusual because the victims actually drove themselves to another residence. There was time delay and then they called emergency health services, which the ambulance attended with police.”
No one’s been arrested and the motive for the violence is not clear.
