An 82-year-old woman is dead after a head-on crash on Highway One just before 11 Saturday morning.
RCMP say the woman from Hope was travelling eastbound in the westbound lanes outside of Abbotsford.
Her Buick sedan collided with a small car as she was exiting the Bradner Road rest stop.
The wife and husband from Chilliwack in the other car suffered non-life threatening injuries. Their three month old son was unharmed.
The woman’s name is not being released at this time.
