A B.C. First Nation is basking in a court victory that they say reiterates their right to be consulted.
The Tsilhqot’in have won an injunction that prevents Taseko Mines from continuing exploration work for 90 days on the proposed Prosperity mine near Williams Lake.
The province approved that work, but now a judicial review will go over the entire process.
