B.C.’s First Nations say they’ve reached a turning point in their fight against oil pipelines being built on their land.
“I’m going to stand in front of bulldozers to stop this project,” says Chief Jackie Thomas, reiterating her promise from last year.
Now, Chief Ralph Pierre has joined her, as well as 130 other native leaders, in pledging to physically block any pipeline construction….
