The man who admitted to killing more than 50 sled dogs near Whistler in 2010 has indicated he’s going to plead guilty later this month.
An August 30th, Robert Fawcett is expected to plead guilty to one count of causing unnecessary pain or suffering to an animal.
Details surfaced after Fawcett was awarded WorksafeBC compensation, because he suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder.
He was supposed to be tried in Pemberton, but security concerns prompted the move to North Vancouver.
