Harbour Air chief calls for reform after plane sinks at new sea dock

No one was hurt, but a plane worth $ 1.6-million has been damaged outside Vancouver’s Convention Centre.
The seaplane, owned by Harbour Air, was found partially submerged at the Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre this morning.
The Dehavilland otter was docked there at the request of centre operators wanting to test safety and suitability.
