Vancouver Police are asking for help finding a high-risk offender who didn’t return to his half-way house.
40-year-old Owen Joe was living in Vancouver, as part of his statutory release for sexual assault.
He’s described as native, six feet tall, 200-pounds, with short brown and blonde dyed hair, and a scar on his left wrist.
Joe doesn’t have close ties to the Lower Mainland, and most of his offences took place on the Sunshine Coast.
Anyone who sees him should call 9-1-1.
