Abbotsford Police had to jump out of the way as a truck slammed into a car stopped at a drinking driving road block just before 10pm Saturday night.
Sergeant Lisa Shea says the man driving was going around 100 kilometers per hour, and didn’t even break as he approached the blockade.
“The driver of the truck has been arrested for impaired driving,” says Shea.
Four young women were in the stopped car.
Shea says they were all wearing seatbelts and didn’t suffer any injuries.
