New Westminster Police say a 47 year old man who had a run in with Terrace RCMP is in serious condition at Royal Columbian Hospital.
Terrace RCMP arrested the suspected impaired driver Saturday night.
Police say he was taken to the jail cell but kept fighting back and suffered a head injury.
After being taken to the local hospital three times that night he was flown down to R-C-H.
New Westminster police are now investigating.
