Two men have been taken to hospital after a robbery and shooting in Delta this evening.
Constable Ciaran Feenan says police were called just before 6:30 to a strip mall in the 9300 block of Scott Road.
The two victims were found — one with a gunshot wound — the other, with injuries from the altercation.
“It appears through the early investigation that two, possibly three suspects attempted to rob the victims as they left a store in the strip mall. The suspects immediately fled the scene in a vehicle southbound through the parking lot.”
Feenan says the victims’ injuries are non-life threatening.
Police don’t yet have suspect descriptions.
