Missing woman found

The Vancouver Police Department confirm a missing woman has been located. 

Constable Brian Montague said 58-year-old Dawn Cynthia Connolly was found unhurt in Burnaby at approximately 10:00pm this evening.

Connolly, who suffers from Huntington’s Disease, went missing at around 2:00pm this afternoon.

Because of her medical condition, she has trouble speaking and walking. 

Police were alerted after Connolly’s wheelchair was found abandoned at King Edward and Oak Street this afternoon.
