MLA Kash Heed allowed to keep his seat

BC’s former Solicitor General –who quit his job as West Vancouver’s Police Chief to get into politics– has been fined 11-thousand dollars, but he’s been allowed to keep his seat as the MLA for Vancouver-Fraserview.
