Dale Kronebusch with the Okanagan-Similkameen Regional District says an evacuation alert will stay in-effect for 11 homes near Anarchist Mountain.
But that’s not the only area that could be in trouble…
“We’re also watching the Similkameen River to see how fast it comes up to possibly look at threatening into the Hedley, Keremeos, Chopaka and Cawston area.”
Kronebusch says sand-bags will be ready to go at a moment’s notice.
