If you are heading to Europe for the summer Olympics in London, make sure your measles vaccination is up to date – that warning today from the BC centre for disease control.
It says measles has been on the rise in many parts of the world, and 800 cases in Quebec last year originated from Europe.
The centre also points out a BC outbreak of 80 cases which was linked to visitors coming for the winter Olympic Games in Vancouver and Whistler.
