Surrey RCMP are investigating after a man was taken to hospital Sunday night in serious condition with multiple gunshot wounds.
Police were called to the 168th Street and 76th Avenue area at around 7pm for what they say was a gang related shooting.
The name of the victim is not being released, but investigators do believe they know who he is. He is in very serious condition.
They say there are no suspects yet, but police are interviewing several witnesses.
The area of vacant lots under development will be locked down as the investigation continues.
